Terms Of Service

1. Legal binding in the User Agreement
- When you accept our User Agreement, you agree to be the first party to the User Agreement, which means that you must follow your part of the User Agreement and we agree to be the second party of the User Agreement, which means that we must also follow our port of User Agreement.
- When you register on our website, you agree that you are 13 years or older, accept the privacy policy, and agree to follow our User Agreement to avoid termination. Once you adhere to our User Agreement, you must follow it until it is canceled, deleted, or notified in writing that you no longer wish to have an account with RolledHosting.
- We have the right to suspend, terminate and take other actions on your account and services if you do not comply with our User Agreement (including Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy).
- We have the right to cancel the consent of your User Agreement (deleting the account and services) at any time if we think we should do so. If it happens, we will reimburse you for the amount paid for the active services you are currently using.

2. Laws
- When you adhere to our User Agreement, you will follow the laws of your country and the laws of our business country to best experience our laws and yours. If you provide any laws that do not comply with our User Agreement, we will forcibly change the User Agreement.

3. Change of agreement
- We have the right to change the User Agreement and you must follow the new copy of the User Agreement after 1 day of posting. We will notify you of the new copy of the User Agreement on our discord group broadcast channel.

4. RolledHosting account
- To create the RolledHosting account on our website, you must be 13 years or older.
- To purchase RolledHosting services, you must be 18 years or older, however, you can purchase with your parents' permission, check with your parents before purchasing.
- You assume responsibility for the RolledHosting. You should understand that you will take responsibility if someone takes an action on your account or any other action taken by someone else, not you. If you detect that someone hacked your account or took some kind of action on your account, you must contact us within 2 days for a future solution.
- We have all the rights to suspend, cancel or take any other action on your account if we find it necessary.
- Your account must have valid details of a valid person (you), including email address, address and other information.

5. Cancellation of service
- When you cancel the service, you agree that you can no longer claim the refund or continue the service. If you select about If you want to cancel the service as soon as possible, your service will end within 1-2 business days. If you select something you want to cancel on the 30th of your service month, it will be canceled on the 30th of your service month.
- If you comply with the refund policy, you have the right to open the support ticket to cancel the service and get a refund, however, you will no longer be able to purchase our services.
- We are not responsible for the loss of data if you cancel the service, be sure to make a backup of your data before requesting the cancellation.

6. Responsibility
- All services and websites are "AS IS". We do not assume any responsibility for loss, piracy or any other liability that may be. The responsibility is in your hands.

7. Prohibited actions
- You are not allowed to perform prohibited actions such as cryptocurrency mining, hacking, brute force, overloading or any other type of action that may harm customers or the RolledHost website / services.

8. Payment gateways
- You are not allowed to make a chargeback or request a refund on our payment gateways (eg PayPal, other) as the chargeback fee will be too high to administer and it is possible to resolve the issue through our Refund Policy by ourselves (you as a customer and We as a service provider). You also cannot chargeback or request a refund on our payment gateways if you have received the promised service. Any chargeback or refund from the payment gateways will cancel your RolledHost account and its services, you will no longer be able to recover your account or services unless you pay us the chargeback fee + the amount of the paid service + the 10 fee. % due to the chargeback situation.

9. Idle system
- You must log into our client panel (client.rolledhost.com) at least ONCE within 13 DAYS. If you don't log in within that timeline, we will remove your current servers it is due to an inactivity reason and you will no longer be able to retrieve it.
- This idle system applies to everyone in the game panel and in the client panel (gp.rolledhost.cloud & clientarea.rolledhost.cloud)

10. Resale
- You are not authorized to resell our services or claim our services as yours. If you do, you will be fired and you will no longer be able to use or receive our services. This category will not apply if you use reseller packages (for example reseller website hosting)

11. RolledHost support
- We are offering guaranteed time of support to all of our customers, however free customers do not have guaranteed time when we will respond / resolve your issue. If you are a paying customer (billing.rolledhost.design), the issue should be fixed in 86 hours and a response should be received within 24 hours.
- You consent to whether we will save the messages and attachments you sent us to improve our experience as a support agent and your experience.
- If you do not wish, we will save the messages or attachments of your ticket, please write the notice to our email support@rolledhost.design with your ticket number and your email address.
- You are not allowed to swear against our support agents or take any other action that the support agents do not want. If this happens, you will no longer be able to use the media.

12. Downtime and maintenance
- If we do any maintenance, we will make sure to publish the scheduled maintenance times in our transmission (discord group), in that time you accept that we have rights to carry out maintenance up to 48 hours and we do not have the right to reimburse you if the reason for the refund was maintenance.
- If there is any downtime we do not grant any SLA credits or refunds, however if it is not resolved within 24 hours a refund will be provided to you.
- We will make sure to notify you of any downtime or maintenance in discord group.

13. Unmetered services
- We provide unmetered services to our clients, however, it relates only to the limitation of the software. This means that it will not be measured by our software limitation, however it may reach the hardware limit.
- If you have more questions about the unmetered services, please make the ticket in the group of discord.

14. Copyright / trademark / original notice
- We are not affiliated with Mojang AB, Discord, Inc or any company that owns the game or product for which we provide services. Use our support, not theirs.
- Our official website is rolledhost.design. Any other website with similar or equal design, infrastructure or system is not affiliated with us! Beware of scammers claiming to be rolledhost or using similar or similar infrastructure to ours. If you found one, please let us know right away so we can take legal action.
- If you were scammed by companies claiming to be RolledHost, we cannot refund or return any money as we are not the ones who got the money, however, we could provide additional services to our infrastructure, please make the ticket if it happened to you. You must include the receipt of payment to the scam company.
